Ending the Silence is intended as a presentation free of cost to schools (students and school staff) and communities. NAMI In Our Own Voice (IOOV) presentations change attitudes, assumptions and stereotypes about people with mental health conditions. These free 60 or 90 minute presentations provide a personal perspective of mental illness, as presenters with lived experience talk openly about what it’s like to live with a mental health condition. In Our Own Voice is typically presented at hospitals for recovering mental health patients.Select Presentation(s)Ending the SilenceIn Our Own VoiceMessageLet us know how we can help you by telling us the questions or concerns you may have.Submit
